Terms & Conditions

1. A deposit of will be required to secure your booking.
2. If no deposit has been received the booking will not be confirmed.
3. The full amount due must be paid 7 days prior to the booking or event date.
4. Additional Travel not included in the package to be billed at R7.00 per kilometre.
5. Any additional editing of photos or videos required after the links have been provided will be charged at R150.00 per photo or R250.00 per hour or any part thereof for relevant videos.
6. Accommodation, Air Travel and Vehicle Hire, where applicable, will be billed additional as per the quotations received from the relevant vendors.
7. A late fee of R250.00 per every 30mins will be charged if the Client is more than 30 mins late after the scheduled time for the session.
8. In the event the Client cancels without proper notice of 3 days or do not show up for the session, the Client shall remain liable for the Cancellation Fee of R350.00.
9. Should the session continue longer than the timeframe allocated within the chosen package, a fee of R250.00 per every 30 mins will be due.
10. The Client agrees to cover all costs associated with the location selected by the Client. The costs may be deemed as follows but not limited to:
    • Venue Hire Fee/Entrance Fees for the Client and the Golden Whisper Representatives.
    • Photographer’s License (especially applicable to relevant City Park Locations)
11. Full payment of the quotation and/or invoice declares an automatic acceptance of the above terms and conditions

1. Sneak peaks to be delivered between 7 to 14 working days from date of session
2. All photos and/or videos as per package chosen delivered within 8 to 10 weeks from date of session.
3. Content Creation photos and/or videos will be delivered within 48 to 72 hours after the session.
4. Reasonable timeframe to request the re-scheduling of the session will be deemed as 24 hours prior to the session date. The Client will be liable for a re-scheduling fee of R350.00 should the re-scheduling be requested by the Client in a timeframe of less than 24 hours.
5. Re-scheduling of the session may only occur twice (2) by the Client.
6. Photos or Videos will not be sold without written permission from Golden Whisper.
7. The Client agrees that the Photos and videos will be used for marketing and advertising purposes.
8. The Client must notify Golden Whisper of any religious or cultural considerations 1 week prior to the booking.
9. All outdoor sessions are dependent on the weather, and the Client will not force Golden Whisper to operate their equipment in unsuitable weather conditions
10. The Client is responsible for their Guests co-operation during the session. Golden Whisper will not tolerate verbal or physical abuse or ill-willed behaviour, nor will Golden Whisper compete for attention of the subjects during the session.
11. In the event the final product is unusable due to technical problems such as camera failure Golden Whisper will reshoot at no additional charge.
12. The reshoot must be scheduled within 3 months from the original booking date.
13. No refund will be given once the session has been completed. Should a refund be authorized for a valid reason, the refund will not include the non-refundable deposit.
14. The Client will not hold Golden Whisper responsible for any injury or harm during the booking.
15. Should any damages of Golden Whisper’s equipment occur due to the negligence of the selected venue and/or inappropriate setup location provided by the venue, the selected venue will be held reliable for all repair and/or replacement costs thereof.
16. The Client agrees to provide Golden Whisper with meals during an event as agreed upon between the Parties.
17. The Client agrees to provide Golden Whisper with appropriate accommodation after the event should the need arise and both parties agree upon such in writing.

1. No Photos or Videos will be edited beyond our Creative Control.
2. No RAW footage or photos will be provided to the Client.
3. The Client agrees that they are fully aware of the exact number of photos and/or length of videos that is included in their chosen package.
4. The number of photos or videos given is subjected to the amount of photo opportunities/location and activities during the session.
5. Golden Whisper will choose the best images and videos to edit.
6. The editing timeline will be subjected to the Golden Whisper’s schedule as well as Loadshedding. The Client will not pressure Golden Whisper to perform faster in any way or form.
7. Golden Whisper will not be held liable for any Wardrobe, Hair or Make-up failures of the Client. Golden Whisper will also not be held responsible for unclear eyes due to wearing of glasses or sunglasses.
8. No editing or alterations will be allowed to be made to the photos and videos by a 3rd party or the Client unless agreed upon in writing.
9. No watermarks may be removed at any point in time unless agreed upon in writing.
10. No AI editing will be permitted on the photos by the Client without prior consent from Golden Whisper.
