We understand that events don’t always run precisely to schedule. As a courtesy, we are happy to accommodate an additional hour or two of coverage at no extra charge. Additional fees will only apply where an event extends significantly beyond the agreed coverage period and requires several additional hours of service. Additional coverage can generally be arranged at an agreed hourly rate, subject to our availability on the day.
